Casa Grande has 20 rooms, 4 in each of 5 wooden buildings supported by cement columns. Nine rooms have one queen size bed. The other eleven have two full-size beds to accommodate up to four people. All rooms have screened windows, a dresser, night table or night stand, reading light, clothes pole and shelf, private bathroom (hot and cold water) with shower (no tub), private balcony with hammock. Rooms have no cooking facilities, tv, radio, a/c or telephone.
We provide sheets, pillows, pillowcases, blankets, towels, washcloths and bathmats. If you’re staying more than one night you can support our conservation efforts by using your towels another day. If you prefer fresh towels, place the used ones on the floor and housekeeping will replace them. There are two wall dispensers in the bathroom. The one in the shower contains a combined bodywash/shampoo and the one by the sink holds a mild hand soap.
Ice is available free of charge. Smoking and the use of candles or incense is not permitted. Food is discouraged in the rooms as it might invite unwanted visitors.
Winter temperatures range from 60-85 with summer a bit warmer from 70-95. Higher humidity and more rain is predictable from June through September.
